Q: What day do you deliver to my area?

A: Depending on where you live - Josephine's Shopping Service delivers once, twice or three times weekly.

 

Q: Do you offer same day delivery?

A: We do not offer same day delivery.

 

Q: When do I need to have my order in by?

A: We usually accept orders up until 5pm the day before your delivery day. We will need two days advance notice for all specialty & Fire Island orders.

 

Q: Do I have to place order online?

A: Orders can be made Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm (EST) by phone, fax or online.

 

Q: Does Josephine’s Shopping Service accept coupons?

A: Yes, we accept all store coupons and manufacturer coupons, we ask you turn the coupons into the driver the day of delivery.

 

Q: What should I do if I get something wrong on my order?

A: Please call the office and make us aware of the error and we will take care of it.

 

Q: Do I need to tip the delivery driver?

A: You are under no obligation to tip the driver, you will always receive the same service.

If you feel you received exceptional service you have the option of providing a tip.

Costs/Fees

Josephine's shopping service is offered year round. Besides the cost of your groceries,  

a 20% service charge, which includes the shopping of your order is charged. For orders less than $50, there is a $10 service charge. In addition all orders are subject to a $7.00 delivery charge. We accept all major credit cards.
